What is Peer Mediation?
Peer mediation is a process by which children help their peers resolve conflict in a constructive, non-violent way. It involves two trained mediators helping their peers deal with conflict through a series of mediation steps. All of our Peer Mediators have undergone a training course with Mrs. Culyer, our PSHE Leader, to ensure that they know exactly what to do and know the script that they have to use.
