The PTA have organised an Easter Disco in the King Edward Hall.
To enable us to run the disco as smoothly as possible tomorrow we have made some adjustments to the plans.
- Nursery session will be starting at 2.15pm.
- KS1 & Year 3: 3.15pm-4.15pm - Children to change in their classrooms prior to disco and then exit school from the following classrooms: Reception, 1M, 2C & 3S.
- Year 4, 5 & 6: 4.30pm-5.30pm - Children to enter and be collected from school through 4W, 5R & 6C. They will leave their coats and bags in these classrooms.
- Children are to enter and exit through the classroom for their year group.
- Payment of £3 is available on ParentMail. They will receive a drink and sweets, no further money is required.
- All gates will be open for parents/carers to access the grounds.
- If your child attends After School Club or Dodgeball we will organise for them to be collected and dropped off as appropriate.
