  • Adoption UK Charity - Secure the right support at the right time for children who cannot live with their birth families, from childhood into adulthood.
  • Childline - Get help and advice about a wide range of issues, call us on 0800 1111, talk to a counsellor online, send Childline an email or post on the message boards.
  • Anti-Bullying Alliance - Working together to achieve our vision to stop bullying and create safer environments in which children and young people can live, grow, play and learn.
  • Refuge - Refuge provides specialist services to survivors of domestic abuse. We run the Freephone 24 hour National Domestic Abuse Helpline: 0808 2000 247.
  • MindEd – A free educational resource on children, young people, adults and older people's mental health.
  • Keep Your Head - This site brings together good reliable up to date information on mental health and well-being for children and young people, parents/carers and professionals. 
  • Young Minds - Find out what young carers do, how to spot if it’s getting too much and what to do about it. 
  • NSPCC - Anyone worried about a child can call 0808 800 5000. Everything we do protects children, prevents abuse and transforms society so it’s safer for all children.
