Year 2 had a fantastic time on their trip to Denny Abbey Farmland, experiencing what life was like in Tudor times! The children got hands-on making decorative clay tiles, just like those used in Tudor homes. They explored the world of Tudor medicine by smelling and learning about different herbs and the theory of the four humours. Seeing a range of fascinating Tudor artefacts helped bring history to life, and a guided walk around Denny Abbey gave everyone a glimpse into the past. It was a wonderful day full of discovery, creativity, and fun!
